Amaury de Siqueira
Assistant Dean for Education and Strategic Innovation
Amaury C. de Siqueira provides strategic direction for three core SPH-B units — the Office of Online Education, Graduate Engagement, Admissions and Recruitment, and Undergraduate Recruitment — while contributing to Indiana University governance and enterprise system modernization. His work ensures sustained alignment across instructional quality, compliance infrastructure, and enrollment strategy with SPH-B's 2030 priorities and IU's long-term institutional goals.
Dr. de Siqueira holds an M.Ed. from the University of California with an emphasis in cognitive development and a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University. His scholarship examines the barriers and affordances that shape faculty adoption of instructional design practices in online and blended-learning environments — work that directly informs his approach to building scalable, compliance-aligned faculty support systems at SPH-B.
He brings more than twenty years of instructional design experience across higher education and the private sector, including leadership roles in pharmaceutical training, university-wide enrollment systems, and multinational learning consulting.
