Continuing Education

Expand your public health knowledge

We recognize the importance of public health professionals who do the daily work to keep our communities healthy and safe.

The IU School of Public Health-Bloomington is committed to providing comprehensive resources to support the development of our public health workforce locally, nationally, and abroad, with a special emphasis on public health professionals in Indiana.

Our Public Health and You initiative brings no-cost, high-quality online education and training to Indiana's public health workers. In addition, faculty and staff from the School of Public Health offer continuing education events throughout the year on specific topics and disciplines.

Public Health and You

We've developed free online courses and webinars on some of the most pressing topics facing public health professionals today, such as harm reduction, infant mortality in Indiana, and interpersonal violence prevention.

Designed to meet your continuing education needs, these resources were developed in conjunction with the Indiana State Department of Health, IU Health Bloomington, and the Indiana Public Health Association.
