Comprehensive and coordinated professional preparation
You will take core courses in subject areas that include instructional strategies, social and behavioral determinants of health, and philosophy and principles of health education. To complete this degree, you will either write a master's thesis or participate in a health practicum.
There will also be opportunities for you to work on research projects with faculty members and fellow students. Toward the end of your program, you will work directly in the field through required internships that can be completed at one of several local school corporations.
