Dear SPH-B Community,
Thank you to everyone who participated in the September–October Employee Experience Survey, facilitated by Hanover Research. Your feedback is extremely invaluable in helping us understand where the School of Public Health-Bloomington (SPH-B) is succeeding, as well as areas of opportunity.
I am pleased to share that the results are now in! Hanover Research prepared a multi-page Executive Summary report, accompanied by a detailed PowerPoint deck. Each document can be accessed below. They will also be available in Confluence for future reference.

I invite you to look at the results over the next few weeks and have open discussions with one another. On January 23 from 1-3 p.m. we’ll gather in SPH-B room C100
to talk in detail about the report—what we collectively learned and how we plan to move forward with the recommendations provided by Hanover in a unified manner. There will be an opportunity to submit questions, comments, and recommendations prior to the meeting so that we are prepared to answer any questions you may have. With the size of the slide deck, we don’t want to spend a lot of time navigating all 274 slides for answers.
I deeply appreciate your honest and thoughtful responses. Your voice truly matters, and we are committed to making meaningful changes where needed.
