Dr. Gletsu Miller is a nutrition scientist and faculty member in the Department of Applied Health Science. Her research evaluates nutritional solutions that promote the health of individuals affected by cardiometabolic diseases.

Dr. Schlader is a faculty member in the Department of Kinesiology. On the NERC team, he facilitates cutting-edge research exploring the impact of physical activity and environmental stressors on health, safety and well-being.

Corrinne brings years of kitchen experience, including service to IU Dining, to the NERC kitchen facility. She was instrumental in equipping the metabolic kitchen, and runs it using strict quality control measures.
