Interest
My
work is centered around teaching and inspiring future health professionals in
their journey towards careers helping others live fulfilling lives through
physical activity, exercise, and sport. My academic interests focus on
connecting students to course material through active learning strategies and service-learning
projects. I aim to provide students with
opportunities to apply and engage with the material being taught, allowing for
a deeper understanding and relevant experience in the field. I am passionate
about utilizing the principles of exercise physiology and behavioral theories
to help individuals become more physically active to optimize health,
development, and well-being.
