You must hold a four-year bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university (or the foreign equivalent) at the time of entry.
Submit unofficial transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions you have attended. There are special instructions for domestic and international transcripts.
Note: If your degree is in progress at the time of application, you must resend a complete unofficial transcript to the SPH-B Office of Graduate Admissions (sphgrad@iu.edu) before the time of enrollment.
U.S. transcripts
If you obtained a bachelor’s degree from an institution within the United States, please upload an unofficial transcript in the Academic History section of the IU Graduate School application.
International transcripts
If you hold a degree granted by an institution outside of the United States, please upload an unofficial transcript in the Academic History section of the IU Graduate School application. If your transcript is not in English, also upload a line-by-line translation. International transcripts will be evaluated by the Office of International Services to determine bachelor's degree equivalency before an admission decision is made.
For international applicants: After you submit your application, the Office of International Services will contact you directly about submitting academic records to their office.
