BS Indiana University

Ms. Corinne Nicholson, BS, serves as the kitchen manager for the Nutrition and Exercise Research Center.  Ms. Nicholson has many years of experience within Indiana University Bloomington, most recently serving within IU Dining.  She was instrumental for equipping the metabolic kitchen and she runs the kitchen using strict quality control measures.
