With a Graduate Certificate in Safety Management, you’ll learn how to recognize, evaluate, mitigate, and prevent accidents. You’ll also expand your understanding of regulations and how to integrate safety procedures into business operations.
The Certificate in Public Health is a 12-credit program comprised of the following four courses:
- Instructional Strategies for Safety Education
- Safety Management in Business and Industry
- Occupational Risk Management
- Safety and Health Program Design
All courses count toward an M.S. in Safety Management for students who choose to continue their graduate study. Certificate students work closely with faculty to jumpstart their careers through coursework and professional organizations, like the American Society of Safety Professionals Student Section.
All coursework is delivered 100% online and accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH), so you can pursue a top-quality graduate education without putting your career on hold.
