Dear School of Public Health Students, Faculty, Staff, and Friends:
Terror, horror, and affronts to humanity are being committed against Israel and Israelis. President Whitten calls this a "terrorist attack on the people of Israel." As the world’s spirit, as any human with compassion, reels from this onslaught, we hope you and your loved ones are safe and supported. The School of Public Health-Bloomington remains committed to supporting all students, faculty, staff, and partners in this time of crisis and horror. We are here. Let us know how we can help you.
We echo the president's latest statement, released yesterday afternoon. It reads in part, "We recognize the pain and fear that is affecting the Jewish community on our campuses...Let us extend our Hoosier caring and compassion in this challenging time."
Thank you for being part of the SPH-B community.
