The World Health Organization just updated its guidelines on physical activity and it wants you to get moving.

Kercher, Ph.D., an exercise physiologist and clinical assistant professor at Indiana University in Bloomington, told TODAY that it’s not necessary to try to squeeze in all activity at once. "Identify times throughout the day to accumulate short bursts of movement to start," she said. "If you're successful, add in some more specific goals related to time and intensity."
