Dr. Patricia Silveyra Re-appointed to New Voices in Sciences, Engineering and Medicine

Associate professor Patricia Silveyra is among 22 young professionals named by The National Academies to its 2021–2023 New Voices in Sciences, Engineering and Medicine cohort. Having served as co-chair of New Voices from 2018–2020, Silveyra is the only inaugural member who was selected for inclusion in the group’s second term.

The Indiana University School of Public Health-Bloomington (IUSPH-B) has risen in the U.S. News & World Report rankings to 41 out of 188 top public health schools and programs. According to the U.S News & World Report website, "Each school's and program's score reflects its average rating on a scale from 1 (marginal) to 5 (outstanding), based on a survey of academics at peer institutions."
