The Indiana University School of Public Health-Bloomington (IUSPH-B) welcomes Adwoa Dadzie to the Dean’s Alliance. Her expertise in human resources brings new perspective to this highly esteemed group of professionals who provide strategic guidance and advice to Dean David Allison.
Ms. Dadzie has served in human resources roles at companies that include Saks Fifth Avenue, Nestlé, Comcast, and—most recently—SoulCycle, a fast-growing US company that offers indoor cycling and spinning classes in locations across the country.
“I had the privilege of first meeting Adwoa more than 20 years ago—when she was a high school student—sent to my lab from the New York Academy of Science,” says IUSPH-B Dean David Allison. “She was identified then as ‘gifted,’ and her gifts remain today. Adwoa brings unmistakable buoyancy of spirit to every endeavor and will serve as an inspiring role model for students and faculty alike.”
“I’m so excited to join the board because I deeply value and respect their focus on equity of access to mental and physical wellness,” says Dadzie. “Dean Allison changed the early trajectory of my life and career when he inspired me to consider the intersection of physical and mental wellness and its impact on the world.”
