We provide academic guidance and information to each student. Acting as your partner while simultaneously following your lead, we work with you to select courses that put you on track to graduate on time and to be well-prepared for your career.
March 10, 2025: Electrical outage beginning March 17
Effective 8 a.m. on Monday, March 17, the building will have a planned electrical outage.
January 14, 2025: Additional limited water outage, January 17–18
Effective 5 p.m. on Friday, January 17, water will be shut off to the lower-level restrooms. It should be restored by Sunday, January 19.
January 10, 2025: Internet outage, January 17–18
Effective 2 p.m. on Friday, January 17, internet access will not be available in SPH-B while infrastructure updates are installed. Access should resume by Sunday, January 19.

August 20, 2024: The School of Public Health-Bloomington is best accessed from the east side of the building, through either the northeast door (near the arboretum) or the east door (near the art museum). All students received an email about this. Read it here.
July 24, 2024: Expect an increase in foot and vehicle traffic in and around SPH-B in the following days. Renovation and abatement officially begin August 1. This information is also available in the July 31, 2024 issue of Momentum.
June 19, 2024: In response to feedback about the first version of the room assignments document, an updated room assignment list is now available.

June 7, 2024: SPH-B faculty and staff receive an email with information about room assignments, moving procedures, and tasks to complete before relocation.
Some quick points:
June 5, 2024: Beginning this week, SPH-B exterior doors with electronic key card readers will be the only unlocked doors. They will be open 7 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday.
On weekends, evenings, and university holidays, those doors can still be unlocked with a valid CrimsonCard. If you have questions about building access, please contact Director of Facilities and Safety Ben Hutchins.
April 12, 2024: SPH-B faculty and staff receive an email about estimated project dates and how they will affect specific areas in the building.
